Reading the site like a sensor array
Construction sites broadcast their state constantly — you just need to decide which signals are worth a receiver.

A construction site broadcasts its state constantly: progress photos, GPS breadcrumbs, delivery manifests, the slow drift of laydown areas across the satellite view.
The visualization work is mostly deciding which of those signals deserve a receiver. Point a camera at everything and you get a hard drive full of nothing; pick the four angles that answer real questions and suddenly the weekly meeting is twenty minutes shorter.
